Vacuum cooking

Projects never stop. In 2016, in collaboration with Italian Gourmet, Andrea Provenzani published his first book “Cucinare Sottovuoto” (Vacuum Cooking), an interesting in-depth study of this cooking technique that is increasingly entering even in home kitchens.
